You provide a qualified introduction. Aetheris handles the outreach, forensic analysis, sales process, systems, and client relationship. When your connection becomes a paying client, you earn compensation from the diagnostic, the Active Case engagement, and the first custom implementation.
All compensation is based on collected net revenue and governed by the final Strategic Scout Agreement. Calculator results are estimates, not guaranteed earnings.

Active Case Engagement

Identify a Qualified Business
Look for an established business with measurable revenue, active sales or marketing, operational complexity, and an owner who believes money, leads, time, or opportunities are being lost.
Make a Documented Introduction
Introduce Aetheris through a shared email, message, scheduled conversation, or written confirmation that the owner has given Aetheris permission to contact them.
Aetheris Takes Over
Aetheris handles outreach, scheduling, forensic preview, sales, diagnostic, and client relationship. You are not required to pitch or manage the account.
The Client Experiences Aetheris
The owner receives a limited preliminary scan identifying up to five visible areas of potential revenue loss. A restricted system demonstration or trial may also be provided.
The Scout Gets Paid
After the client pays Aetheris, applicable Strategic Scout commissions are calculated from collected net revenue.
Qualification protocol
What qualifies as a connection?
A qualified introduction must be:
- Documented
- Given with the owner’s permission to be contacted
- Based on a genuine relationship or credible connection
- A business that appears capable of purchasing Aetheris services
- Not already an Aetheris client or active opportunity
- Not already in the Aetheris sales pipeline
Attribution matters.
Referral credit is given to the first Strategic Scout who provides a documented, qualified introduction.
Attribution remains valid for 12 months from the documented introduction date.

Important compensation terms
Collected Revenue
Collected revenue means money actually received and retained by Aetheris. It excludes taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, financing fees, advertising expenses, outside vendor costs, software purchased for the client, and other pass-through expenses.
Active Account
An Active Case account is active only while the account is current, paid, and receiving services. Residual commissions pause when an account becomes delinquent, suspended, paused, disputed, or terminated.
Payment Timing
Commissions are earned only after Aetheris receives cleared client payment and any applicable cancellation or refund period has ended.
Residual Period
Active Case commissions apply only to the client’s first 12 paid months.
Implementation Limit
The 15% implementation commission applies only to the client’s first eligible custom implementation.
Final Agreement
The signed Strategic Scout Agreement controls if any information on this page differs from the final agreement.
